How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Most items ship in 5–7 days; quilts, nap mats, backpacks and custom pieces take 1–2 weeks. The exact time is listed on each product. Need it sooner? Message me before ordering and I'll do my best.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more within the United States. Smaller orders ship for a flat $5.95.
How do I choose a font and thread color?
On each product page, just tap the font and thread color you love. Can't decide? Choose "Surprise me" (where offered) or add a note, and I'll pick something lovely.
Will you stitch the name exactly as I type it?
Yes — exactly as typed, including capital letters and spelling, so please double-check before checking out. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email me right away and I'll fix it if I haven't started stitching.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because each piece is personalized just for you, I can't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, please contact me and I'll make it right.
How do I care for my item?
Most blankets, quilts and towels can be machine washed cold and tumbled dry low (knit blankets do best laid flat to dry). Care details are listed on each product page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. Your card details never touch this website. You can pay with any major card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.

Can you embroider something that isn't listed?
Absolutely. Use the custom embroidery request or send me a message with your idea.
